Dressage Prince

I really had to draw a dressage horse this weekend, so that's what I did in my free time over the past couple days. I found the image online (google search).
-The person is really terrible.
-The legs are too long
-The neck is too short/The head is too small.

Other than that, I rather like the coloring.
Any constructive criticism/comments are appreciated.
